Listings go live as soon as they are submitted. Museum Vendors does not screen or approve listings before publication. The person or organization posting is responsible for accuracy, permission to share the material, and compliance with applicable law and our Posting policy.

What may be taken down

We may remove or restrict content that is deceptive, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, unsafe, unrelated to museum work, or otherwise prohibited by our policies. We may also act on compromised accounts, impersonation, spam, or repeated abuse.

How to report

Select “Report this listing” on any RFP detail page or vendor profile. Choose a reason and optionally add details. No account is needed. Reports are reviewed within two business days. We may ask for more information, dismiss a report, remove the listing, or restrict the poster’s account.
