Cancellation and refunds

Listings are free during the pilot. No payment is required to post an RFP or create a vendor profile, so there are no pilot listing charges to cancel or refund.

Paid plans are not currently available for purchase. This policy will be updated and published before billing begins. We will explain plan terms, renewal, cancellation timing, and refund eligibility before asking anyone to pay.
